Delivery days, cut-offs and runs, enforced not remembered

A venue orders around your delivery schedule, and every exception to it is a phone call. Carrot makes the schedule part of the product: the storefront knows the cut-off, the minimum and the next delivery date before the order is placed, so the conversation does not have to happen afterwards.

01

Cut-offs that hold

Each account has delivery days, an order cut-off and an order minimum. The storefront shows all three before checkout and enforces them at checkout, so a late order does not silently join tomorrow's run.

02

Your own runs, or a carrier

Plan and manage your own delivery runs, or ship through a carrier with rates, flat fees, free-over thresholds and tracking. Customers choose at checkout where you let them.

03

The calendar knows about holidays

Public holidays and your own closure days shift the ordering calendar, so the next delivery date shown to a customer is a date you will actually deliver on.
